よもぎは『ハーブの女王』と呼ばれています。
東洋医学では「艾葉（がいよう）」という名で
『病を艾(止)める』という意味からその名がつけられました。

昔ながらのコールドプロセス製法で手作りならではの安心して使える原料をこだわって作りました。
シアバター配合でしっとりとした泡立ち♪

●なぜパーム油フリーなのか？
当店の石鹸は地球環境のことを考え〈パーム油〉を不使用しております。

パーム油とは？
パーム油は食品や生活用品に幅広く使われています。
（実は、食品や成分表示などにおける原材料名ではパーム油と記載されることがなく、「植物油」「ショートニング」「マーガリン」「界面活性剤」「グリセリン」と記載されているものはほとんどパーム油です。）

パーム油は、世界で最も生産され、輸出されている植物油で生産効率と安定調達がメリットとされしようされていますが、
その裏には
森林破壊
森林・泥炭火災
野生動物への影響
人権問題（児童労働や過重労働）
などがあります。

当店ではたくさん改良し、パーム油フリーで地球にちょっと優しくなれる
そんな石鹸が完成しました！

●オリーブ油へのこだわり
Veganのお客様より
「機械で摘んだオリーブ油は鳥たちを吸い込むことがある」ことを教えていただきました。
材料選びはこだわっていましたが、そのことを知りさらに”手摘みのオリーブ油”を”厳選し、
Veganの方にも安心していただける石鹸となっています。

●不要なものは入れない
合成界面活性剤、人工着色料、人工香料などの化学製品は一切使わず、
自然の恵みを有難くちょうだいした原料を使用しております。

石けんの梱包はプラスチックフリーにこだわり
一つ一つ手作業でお包みしております。

A handmade, natural-based Japanese herbal soap that is gentle on both the earth and people❁

Yomogi, also known as "The Queen of Herbs," is called "Gaiyo" (艾葉) in Eastern medicine, meaning "to stop illness with mugwort."

Made with the traditional cold-process method, this soap uses carefully selected ingredients for a safe and gentle product. With the addition of shea butter, it creates a moist, rich lather.

Why Palm Oil-Free?
Our soap does not contain palm oil, as we are mindful of the planet’s environment.

What is Palm Oil?
Palm oil is widely used in food and household products. (In fact, many products labeled as "vegetable oil," "shortening," "margarine," "surfactants," or "glycerin" often contain palm oil.)

Palm oil is the most produced and exported vegetable oil globally, valued for its production efficiency and stable supply. However, the production of palm oil comes with serious environmental and social issues such as:

Deforestation

Forest and peat fires

Impact on wildlife

Human rights violations (child labor and excessive work hours)

Our soap has been carefully developed without palm oil to create a product that is a bit gentler on the planet.

Our Commitment to Olive Oil
A vegan customer shared with us that "mechanical harvesting of olives can sometimes result in birds being caught." After learning this, we became even more committed to using hand-picked olive oil, ensuring the soap is safe and trustworthy for our vegan customers.

No Unnecessary Additives
We do not use synthetic surfactants, artificial colorants, or artificial fragrances. Only the gifts of nature are used in our ingredients.

We also take care to ensure that our soap packaging is plastic-free, and each bar is wrapped by hand.

After use, we recommend draining the soap and storing it in a well-ventilated area.
